Hi! I’ve got a question, how can I make my ai agent be able to recognise past customers ? (Do I need to build a new tool that’s connected to a Google sheet file so that the bot can save infos or gather infos form that file — and I will Properly also need to tell my bot to also check tha file before stating a conversation to be able to regonise past costumers or create new ones) right ?
