Estoy usando la herramienta ERPI, ya llevo 50 propiedades metidas en el excel, mi pregunta es, a partir de que ROI es bueno empezar analizar individualmente? Es decir, meterlas al CERR. Ya que puede que en ERPI te de el 12%, pero en el CERR, puede que te de menos y ya baje del 10%. Tengo varias que traen 15%, y pienso que sería lo ideal, pero segun su experiencia que recomiendan?
