Just had my DFY Outline Call w/ Austin

Hey folks, I'm V. I'm a newer agency owner that is launching his first event. I found Austin a few days back halfway through doing this event, and I'm REALLY glad I did.

So I'm an action taker nowadays; I used to get paralyzed by analysis and I broke that habit.

Once I decided I needed to do a virtual event, I just went ahead and started. And everything is imperfect.

I had a low ticket offer ->$297 upsale for a "Challenge" 4 day long.

So after finding Austin's content, I really just wanted to get the funnel mapping so I could have a clean visual roadmap for my build out... and if you have bought the $97 VES offer then you know it's a ridiculously strong resource to have multiple 7- and 8- figure funnels mapped out and explained

Now I know that there are a few "experts" selling in this vertical, but out of the 4 or 5 I've explored, I like that Austin is straight to the point. And after this call an hour and a half ago, that becomes crystal clear. He's transparent, not salesy (clearly doesnt need to be lol), and he's not just selling you a system. He's implementing them from the top down.

I had a great experience honestly and looking forward to enrolling in Beta if my first event works out well. And with that, I'm back to building it out and launching Weds. It's a lot more clear that I need to focus on pre-production and then also take the lead when it comes to presenting at the event.

This is the path I'm choosing- Virtual Events. They have massive upside for me as a marketer AND info product creator myself. And it's a higher bar to entry than what most of the crowd is chasing in the Agency space. Which means a lot more profits for anyone who can figure this out and repeat it.

So definitely a 10/10 from me and recommend you all take the opportunity if you're serious about doing 1/2 day workshops, or Challenges, or anything really. Austin's got this figured out and now I think I do too (somewhat) :)

I have a full outline that Austin took the time to strategize and fill out. I'm tweaking some items already but its really close to the mark
