Okay so I'm a keener. I posted my summit before myself. Does that make me a bit of a workaholic? Possibly. Luckily I love my work.
I am privileged to be a Trauma Informed Spiritual Awakening Coach. I couch from a combination of education (Naturopathic Practitioner with too many certifications) and lived experience. At 63 I have a lot of that. So much that I wrote a book, Empower Your Spiritual Awakening, which you can find on Amazon (shameless plug). Today I can confidently say I am shameless. By that I mean I have healed the entire concept of shame and I help others to do the same.
Reading through that I am definitely more work than play. I live in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada which includes the most eastern point in North America. If you come to visit I will take you to watch the first sun rise in all of North America if the weather plays nice. I was blessed to watch the first sun rise of the new millennium, 26 years ago.
My best friend is my dog Selena. She is kind enough to take me for walks in the woods and to understand when I don't want to go.
