Hey! I'm Martina and I'm 25 years old from Italy! I've been working as a virtual assistant taking on various small projects on Fiverr since 2020. Starting in 2024 I worked as a remote executive assistant for an ecommerce owner managin tasks, calendar, deadlines and operations, and 6 months ago I got my second big client (he has an AI and marketing agency and runs a podcast) managing invoicing, email, customer support, GHL support, payroll, social media management, sales, pipeline management and literally everything about our podcast (from finding and contacting the guests, to managing the venue, planning the content, clipping and editing the episodes, planning them, creating thumbnails, scheduling them, doing all the work behind the short form content, managing three different social media platforms and much more)! I've been looking at different ways to make more money online and literally only less than a week ago realized that my skills and my experience as a VA can become a business in and off itself!! (Silly me I didn't realize that sooner) That's why I'm now trying to connect with other VAs, structure my offers, contracts, ect... and finding more clients I can take on to really turn my skillset and experience into an actual business! I'm very happy to be part of this community ☺️

Hai I am been scammed from a person named Johnny Chao who has approached from the SKOOL COMMUNITY regarding a project which requires translation of english to hindi. I have completed the project but to transfer the project amount, he has initially charged 3000 INR, after that again charged 2500 INR , after that again charged 2000 INR. By trusting his words i have paid 5500 INR, but I haven,t received any payment. This is a big lesson for me. feeling helpless😭

Staying on top of follow-ups helps prevent delays and keeps relationships and projects moving forward. It doesn’t take a full planning session to feel more prepared.
