Welcome. If you found this community, you're probably living some version of the same story: applications sent, silence back, and a quiet voice telling you you're the problem.
You're not.
Most of those applications were filtered by software before a human ever saw your name. Keyword mismatch, location flag, format issue. A chunk of the rest were ghost jobs that were never going to hire anyone. Silence is usually a system outcome, not a judgment about you.
