Mastermind Q&A is happening in 11 hours
Your AI forgets everything you did today. Here's the 60-second fix.
Most people re-explain themselves to their AI every single morning. What they're working on. What happened yesterday. Where they left off. That's not AI leverage. That's AI tax. Here's the prompt I run every evening — takes 60 seconds, saves 20 minutes of context-rebuilding next session: --- The Prompt: "I need to capture today in my AI's memory. Here's what I worked on: [BRAIN DUMP: Write 3-5 sentences about your day — messy is fine] From this, generate: 1. A one-line summary (max 15 words) 2. Key wins (max 3 bullet points) 3. Open loops / next steps (max 3 bullet points) 4. Any durable facts worth remembering (decisions, milestones, people) Format it clean, ready to save to memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md" --- What this unlocks: ✅ Converts messy brain dump → structured memory entry ✅ Extracts what actually matters (decisions, next steps, durable facts) ✅ Next morning your AI already knows where you left off ✅ Takes 60 seconds — saves hours of cold-start context every week Set a phone reminder at 6pm. Do it before you close your laptop. That 60-second habit compounds hard — after a month your AI knows your patterns better than you do. What does your end-of-day routine look like right now? Knowledge Base + Avatar = $$$
The core problem Most people don’t use AI enough to pre-do the thinking. When AI has no clear direction, it doesn’t know: - which paths to explore - which information actually matters - what’s interesting vs noise So the output stays generic. The fix You narrow things down before asking for results. One of the best ways to do that is with a custom knowledge base, even partially built with AI itself. By doing this, you reduce ambiguity and give AI clear constraints. Think of it like cooking 🍰 - First, you choose the ingredients - Then, you decide who the cake is for (your avatar) - Finally, you bake the cake specifically for that person Make the same cake for everyone, it’s average. Make it for one person, they’ll love it. AI works the same way. Direction first. Magic after. ✨
