Welcome šŸ‘‹
This group's brand new, started July 2026, so you're early. We're here for one thing: to build stuff that actually makes money. Not ideas that sit in folders, not vibes that never ship, real products that work. Have a look around, then do two things: 1. Introduce yourself, tell us what you're building and where you're stuck 2. Claim your free review, check the Roast thread and fill in the form. Lurk if you want, but the people who get the most out of this are the ones who show up, share honestly, and ask for help when they need it. I'm here to make intros and help you get your ideas off the ground. Glad you're here. Let's get to it. — Matt

TLDR: Complete the form and get a free Loom video review of what you're building. One per member. We share the video back into the group. What is it? An honest, experienced set of eyes on your product, what's working, what's broken, what I'd change, and where I'd focus next. It's not just a design audit. Depending on where you are, it might be about your idea, your messaging, your positioning, your UI/UX, or what to do next to actually get paid. Because the right feedback depends on your stage: - Just an idea — should you even build this, and how would you validate it cheaply before sinking months in? - Built, not launched — is it ready, what's holding you back from shipping, and how do you get over the line instead of polishing forever? - Launched, pre-revenue — struggling to convert? Now it's about messaging, positioning, and where you're leaking people, because the problem's usually there, not in the product. - Making some money — what to double down on, where the growth is, and how to get more from what's already working. - Got traction, want to scale — what's worth pouring fuel on, what to systemise, and whether to scale this or take the playbook into your next bet. Tell me roughly where you're at in the form, and I'll aim the feedback there. What I draw on - šŸ“ UX/UI best practice — established principles that reduce friction and improve usability - šŸŽØ Modern design standards — what good looks like right now - šŸ”€ Current interaction patterns — the navigation, flows, and behaviours users expect in 2026 - šŸ‘ļø Visual hierarchy — does the eye go where it needs to, in the right order - šŸ’¬ Honest first impressions — does it feel trustworthy, premium, or cheap - 🧭 Real-world experience — what I'd actually do with it, having built and launched a lot of products I'm not here to pixel-pick or run a formal audit. I'll flag what I find, and some things will slip through, but I'm looking for the quick wins that make the biggest difference, fast. A few caveats
