Picking up on old hobby’s & things I did as a kid to stay creative & not get burnt out has been always something I try to incorporate . You don’t need the same ol run 3 miles everyday to get your cardio in , walk 30 minutes on the stairstepper & the gym etc. I went outside on the hour I had free & decided to change up my cardio & practice my skills. Agility , sprints , jogging. Grounding with the sunshine . Everything about this is primal. The sprints & agility work is better for testosterone & libido itself.
I burned 500 calories in a hour with this. Phenomenal workout. Had so much fun. Make cardio whatever you want it to be !
