You don’t have to run miles to build cardio
Picking up on old hobby’s & things I did as a kid to stay creative & not get burnt out has been always something I try to incorporate . You don’t need the same ol run 3 miles everyday to get your cardio in , walk 30 minutes on the stairstepper & the gym etc. I went outside on the hour I had free & decided to change up my cardio & practice my skills. Agility , sprints , jogging. Grounding with the sunshine . Everything about this is primal. The sprints & agility work is better for testosterone & libido itself. I burned 500 calories in a hour with this. Phenomenal workout. Had so much fun. Make cardio whatever you want it to be !

You don’t have to run miles to build cardio
Morning movement can be anything you want it to be.
Woke up this morning wanting to go for a walk instead of a run but I like to put my running shoes on for this exact reason. Sometimes you need to take a break off of exercising for your mental clarity if you’re not feeling it. But I will say just getting outside and starting the day with no expectations, a good mindset on enjoying that walk & being present , wakes you up & since I already had my running shoes on I totally changed the way I thought about running for today in the span of 30 minutes. Movement is good for you , the hardest part is starting. Always . 8 miles @ a 7:30 ish pace , Heart rate at a 139bpm . Not fucking bad at all for this heat 🌡️

Tuesday morning 10k run
Nice Tuesday morning testing these new shoes out. Absolutely amazing. ASICS superblast 3s, super comfortable & honestly really smooth. Perfect for an everyday shoe & can get some speed in them. 10k negative split in 85F degrees this AM

Tuesday morning 10k run
2 birds 1 stone
Literally best form of cardio. Doing something you did as a kid in the summer heat + taking the dog to the park & running around. Barefoot in the grass & sun on the skin.

Why I take these every morning ⬇️ • Iron carries oxygen to your muscles and keeps your energy up. Essential for endurance and recovery. • B12 converts your food into fuel and keeps your nervous system sharp. The foundation of sustained energy. • D3 builds strong bones, supports muscle strength, and keeps your immune system dialed in. Most people are walking around deficient and don’t even know it. • K2 makes sure calcium goes to your bones , not your arteries. The unsung hero of long-term heart and bone health.
