Cold plunge 🥶
Spent the day at the Nordic spa and did the hot cold cycle about 6 times! Managed to stay in the cold plunge longer and longer each time and the last one was about 10 minutes. By the end of it, I actually really enjoyed it! Never thought I could get there, but I really think the cold showers helped get me there 🤗
