I missed the last 2 days from having a busy weekend and enjoying the nice weather we are having.
I had ACL surgery years ago and my knee has never quite been the same- it's been bugging me lately with all the squats and lunges I've been doing, so gotta switch up my workouts tomorrow.
Got back on track today, 15k steps, V300 workout in, 4L of water, journal done, healthy meals.
