Each priority becomes 3–5 SMART Rocks with clear ownership and finish lines. We break Rocks into a build sequence using WBS + Gantt so the work is scoped, sequenced, and assigned.
Finally, we keep it alive with a Weekly Rhythm (scorecard, rock status, blockers, next-week priorities) and Daily Focus where deep-work blocks on your calendar are tied to Rocks—not random tasks.
