Help document animal exploitation in your country
Hi Stewards, Over the past few months, the first records have been added to SystemicExploitation.org. The project is beginning to take shape as a structured global record documenting how animal exploitation operates across industries, species, and countries. The site now includes 20+ country records, 30+ animal records, and several legal developments documenting how systems of animal exploitation operate across industries and jurisdictions. As the project expands across more countries and industries, contributors from different regions can help ensure that local developments and legal precedents are accurately recorded. To support this, we’re inviting a small number of country contributors to help maintain and expand the records for their country. This role is designed to be a lightweight commitment: around 1–2 hours per week for an initial period of six weeks. Contributors help by: • reviewing their country record • adding relevant sources or developments • suggesting corrections or missing context Contributors are credited on the country records they help maintain and on the project’s Global Contributors section. We’re also beginning conversations with investigative organisations and journalists so their work can be documented and referenced within the project. We’re currently looking for the first group of country contributors to help establish the initial coverage. If this resonates with you and you'd like to help document how these systems operate in your country, you can learn more and join here: Become a Country Contributor Or feel free to message me if you have any questions. Kindly, Juan

Being Single and Finding Vegan Companionship
I've been single since before my vegan journey began and am finally clear that the partner i'll meet needs to be as eco-conscious as I am. Anyone else in this same boat? How have you approached looking for like-minded love?
Personal Projects
Hi Stewards, In recent conversations with some of you, I've noticed how most people either have the desire to start or are already running personal projects. I think that’s extremely valuable, not only for the animals and the vegan movement, but also for us as individuals seeking to grow and make an impact. This is what stewardship is about. I do have personal projects beyond VeganMen, and I’m constantly looking for ways to learn, to grow, and to overcome resistance and barriers so I can continue taking daily, small steps forward. I think this space gives us a great opportunity to support each other and share our experiences. Under this post, I’ll be sharing daily reflections, in the comments, that are helping me move through my days. I hope that they might help or inspire others to keep moving toward the future they envision. I strongly believe that one of the best ways to make this world a better place is by creating projects that are generous, ethical, and aligned with our values. We certainly have enough people building things without caring about the impact they create. We must change that. I hope you find this small space helpful and valuable, and I look forward to hearing from everybody and sharing our experiences. Here’s an important lesson I revisited today: Everything starts with a vision, a thought that feels clear, that makes sense to us, and that makes us believe. But it’s not about having that vision once. It’s about coming back to it every day and aligning our actions to make it happen. Write it down. Read it daily. Adjust it as you learn. And keep asking yourself: Is what I’m doing today supporting that vision? Peace, brothers.
