To be strong and build stamina Where do you feel you have the most challenge when it comes to your diet and exercise? Motivation. It's also difficult to eat one way and cook for my husband another way, he would never go for eating this way. Exercise is a double-edged sword; you feel better when you exercise but feel terrible now and exercising is difficult some days.
