Let me introduce myself
I’m Jerad, I’m a 41 year old who lives in Santa Barbara, CA. I’m working with coach @Ajani Burgess to get myself down to 9% body fat. I’m new to plant based nutrition & due to a medical reason I’m limited on the exercises I can do. But, where there’s a will there’s a way! Here is my before video.
