VAT Skool is a Vascular Access Community I’ve made for Co-Worker Nurses, Phleb/Echo/Imaging Techs, & Student Nurses to share, learn, & discuss:

I started this community to:
  • Create a place for “virtual shadowing” to occur in order to provide you more time spent with those who can make you better faster
  • Provide opportunity for you to shorten the learning curve on your way to becoming the one everyone calls when there is a HARD START.
  • Freely share the lessons I've learned working on one of the highest by call volume VAT teams in my state
Nothing replaces repetitions, but my hope is you can learn faster & advance farther as you make the most of each IV start opportunity you get
By compressing the various lessons & techniques I’ve gleaned over the past 7 years & 7,000 starts, I hope to shorten the learning curve for you.
There's a lot of unskilled IV starters out there & I don’t want you to be one of them!
