Hey guys! Glad you're here. Here are my top 3 forehand drills that work wonders. 1) Basket Drill : For fixing racket preparation & lag to hit spin. When done right it works great! If you're struggling with power and forcing the shot, this drill will tech you to stay still and generate with you hand and extension!
