Is there anyone actively doing business in the US or Europe? I have a vision of expanding a Japan-based software development business globally. I would love to connect and have a conversation in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Everyone seems to have a different definition of success. For some people, it’s building a business. For others, it’s leaving a 9–5, learning a new skill, creating something of their own, or simply becoming more independent. I’m curious: What are you currently building, and what made you decide to take your own path instead of following the traditional one? Today I'm focusing on one thing: making money. I've spent enough time thinking about different ideas and what could work. Now I actually need to put myself in front of people and sell. So today I'm working on: - Cold outreach - Building a prospect list - UGC applications - Content - And obviously keeping VANTA moving I'm basically using this group to hold myself accountable as I build everything from scratch. I'm not expecting everything to work either, I actually want to document the stuff that doesn't work too, because that's probably where I'll learn the most.
