How can you try the vanlife?
Hi everyone,
I've been lurking here for a while, reading up on things and while I'm super excited about getting a van, I'm also a bit hesitant.
I lived in an RV (stacaravan) for 2 years in the Netherlands and the winters were.. not easy. I easily get cold. 😬
Before I jump from one thing to another and end up finding out it's not for me, I'm wondering.. is there a way to try out vanlife? I see some "airbnbs" and places where you can rent a van, but it's like €300 for a night?! Is there.. some other way? Or are people like how I was with the RV, you like the idea, you research and you jump in and buy your own? 😂 but this time around I really, really want to first try it out without going bankrupt in a night or by buying something I won't like. 😅
so umm.. where did you go to get some real-life experience? 😊
