Hey fam!
Today Iโm celebrating 6 months of living full-time in my van โ 184 days on the road! โจ Half a year of freedom, chaos, growth and so many unforgettable moments.
Here are my 6-month vanlife stats:
โข 5 countries explored ๐
โข 12 nights on campsites (7 with my mom + some laundry + friends ๐)
โข 4 times sent away by police/park rangers ๐
โข 9.5 hours longest drive / 2 minutes shortest drive
โข 7 times out of water ๐ง
โข 3 times out of electricity ๐
โข 0 times out of gas ๐ฅ
โข 19 times my cabinet flew open while driving ๐
โข Coffees spilled while driving: 5 โ๏ธ
โข Showers taken in nature: a lot (almost every day) ๐ฟ
โข Books read: 3
โข Van problems: 1 (so lucky ๐)
โข Memories made: infinite โจ
โข Too many coffees made (because Iโm obsessed โ๏ธ)
The truth? Itโs not always easy. Iโve cried, Iโve wanted to give up, and Iโve felt more alive than ever.Iโve learned that you donโt need much to feel rich, and that the world is full of kind and inspiring people โ especially in The Vanlife Network.
