Strengths that companies look for whilst doing online assessments

Hello Everyone,

I recently completed an application for work experience and after the due process the online assessment got sent to me. It wasn't the usual prioritization of actions to take but slightly more optimized and it was hard picking answers. Is there a strategy to overcome them

I try looking at the company values before attempting them but that hasn't made any noticeable difference so far
