Thanks for joining!
Great to see you here follow us on our journey as we learn from getting visa’s to digging bore holes for water, setting up solar panels on our mountain Quinta (farm) to running a music festival! Alison was an accountant now a full time mom and I was in hospitality for 30+ years, now we just want to live. Our aim is to be self sufficient in everything including starting a digital business. We have sold everything and relocated to the mountains of Portugal just south of Castelo Branco. During lockdown we both decided after giving away 10,000 meals and raising £000,s for local causes that we had had enough. Our eldest was 2 at the time and because of work I had missed many many valuable hours with her. We then started researching everything and looked at Italy but Alison joined groups and we then hit Portugal. Everything we had been told not to do we did the opposite and luckily it panned out. So right up to today after watching Alex Hormozi on my feed pushing away at Skool we decided to jump right in. It has to work and work for you as well. In the three years since we bought the farm we have done a lot. If there is anything you want to know or unsure of please ask. Do the poll - Would you sell everything and move to another country?

SHOW US YOUR PARK UP
Where’ve you landed tonight? Snap a pic, drop your location (roughly!), and tell us what’s on the menu. Doesn’t matter if it’s muddy, messy, or magic — this is real life on the roll.

I love Portugal at night it's just stunning. Some of the best night skies I have seen. I spend hours just watching them. Relaxing, puts everything in perspective and just breathtaking.

Broke the 12v Telly
Something so small as a plastic straw - broke our TV in the van. I was being attacked by a halloween straw, I kept putting it back in the basket and it kept falling out, whilst making the food down bed up. It wasn't the only offending item but definitely the most annoying. So I launched it towards the front of the van where the bin is and it clobbered the edge of the TV - small crack no hole or anything. So now only sound - no picture. I'm devastated, kids devastated as no Harry Potter marathon. Luckily its insured for 'Accidental damage' so we should get a replacement. This wasn't a rage throw but a bin throw. the TV in question has had the kids hitting the screen, I've hit my head on it harder and gouged a chunk out of my skull. Gutted.
