Our Deepest Fear
By Marianne Williamson Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darknessThat most frightens us. We ask ourselvesWho am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?Actually, who are you not to be?You are a child of God. Your playing smallDoes not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinkingSo that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine,As children do.We were born to make manifestThe glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us;It's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine,We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.As we're liberated from our own fear,Our presence automatically liberates others.
A Woman Rooted in Healing, Growth, and Purpose
She is a woman who leads with honesty, moves with kindness, and sees the world through a lens of deep empathy. These qualities aren’t just traits; they are the compass that guides her through every chapter of her life. Her journey began with a simple but profound understanding: healing is not a single moment, but a lifelong practice. Growing up in a world that often demanded strength before offering softness, she learned early that resilience is not about pretending to be unbreakable. It’s about choosing to rise with intention, compassion, and truth. Drawn to the intersection of care and structure, she found her calling in nursing. In long‑term care, she discovered the quiet power of presence, the way an honest conversation, a kind gesture, or an empathetic touch can shift the entire emotional landscape of a room. As a Clinical Instructor and clinical leader. As an Assistant Director of Nursing, she became known for her ability to blend excellence with humanity. She advocated fiercely for dignity, safety, and respect for every stage of life. Alongside her clinical work, she cultivated a deep practice in meditative movement, a blend of breathwork, mindfulness, and intentional motion that reconnects the body and spirit. What began as her personal grounding ritual evolved into a philosophy: movement is medicine, and stillness is strength. Through her Tai Chi practice, she learned to release tension, regulate emotion, and return to herself with clarity and grace. Self‑development became the heartbeat of her evolution. She immersed herself in mindset work, spirituality, and the psychology of transformation. Books like The Game of Life and How to Play It and Your Word Is Your Wand by Florence Scovel Shinn taught her the power of intention, alignment, and speaking life into her goals. She studied As a Man Thinketh by James Allen, a foundational self-help classic built on the truth that your thoughts shape your character, your circumstances, and your destiny. She also explored Joseph Murphy’s The Power of Your Subconscious Mind, deepening her understanding of how belief, repetition, and inner programming influence every part of life.
