🚨 They Just Predicted What We've Been Building Since 2018

Happy Friday family,

Just watched the Moonshots podcast drop their 2026 predictions. At the 41-minute mark, they predict education will "split in two": credential factories vs. "agency accelerators" that optimize for AI fluency and taking initiative.

Salim Ismail: "The world will reward taking initiative in 2026 rather than sitting around studying for an exam."

Here's what hit me: They're calling this a 2026 prediction. We launched UXD Academy in 2018.

We've been running the "agency accelerator" model for 7 years.

Portfolios over credentials...sorta.

I believe it's best to take advantage of getting certifications AND building, rather than studying for years to earn a degree.
