At the 41-minute mark, they predict education will "split in two": credential factories vs. "agency accelerators" that optimize for AI fluency and taking initiative. Salim Ismail: "The world will reward taking initiative in 2026 rather than sitting around studying for an exam." Here's what hit me: They're calling this a 2026 prediction.
