Hi everyone. I have been in the real estate sales/investments and residential remodeling industry for over 40 years. I'm looking to find ways of using AI in this industry to create opportunities for others in this industry. I'm looking to collaborate with people in this industry and mutually benefit from our ideas of utilizing AI. I've been learning some skills with N8N to build workflows through ChatGPT but starting to learn more about Claude Cowork.

I was a creative director for over 13 years at the largest church in San Diego. My time ended there exactly a year ago, and it has been a wild journey. I got hired quickly by a friend who is a Christian influencer with 8M followers online. I now create content and AI systems for him. I manage content for another creator with 5M followers, and I work as a marketing and creative director for a nonprofit on the East Coast. In the free time I have, I run an agency where I help local businesses, and I’m constantly looking for new things to learn and explore. I’m looking for a community of people who are interested in learning, building, and growing. Before I go out and build my own thing, I want to see if there are already communities out there that fit what I’m looking for. I’ve tried a few Facebook groups, but most of them feel really negative, and people seem to get stuck in the weeds instead of actually building. I like following creators like Nate B. Jones, Sabrina Ramonov, and Marcin because of how clearly they communicate and show practical examples. Their approach is basically, “Here is a thing. Now go apply it to your world.” That’s the kind of environment I’m looking for. Practical, creative, curious, and focused on actually applying what we’re learning. In the past 10 weeks, I’ve built: Short Form Video Creator (From clip to posting) YouTube thumbnail generator (Host and guest accuracy) A payroll app for a client Chrome plugin for scraping IG and TT data Podcast content planner for clients (Daily automation) Landing page and video reel for a TV series 30 lead generation websites that are SEO optimized Sports betting app Stock trading app And this week, I’ve been messing with full AI UGC created content.
