Token usage efficiency

I noticed that although I can manage the hourly usage pretty effectively, I consume a lot of the weekly one (30% already and it resets next Sat). Does it mean I got the process working efficiently by using the 2 layers system, but I do use it a lot overall? As I am actually building stuff with it, would it make sense to upgrade to the Pro, or maybe you have some extra hints to give - a part of having a dedicated Claude.md for each specific project, a dedicated folder per project, connectors and skills enabled only when needed?
