Last week I reached out to 100+ tattoo artists through Instagram and WhatsApp. Some were from Bali, some from Miami, some from smaller studios too. And while talking to them, I noticed a pretty common pattern: Most artists have AMAZING work… but everything mainly depends on Instagram DMs or WhatsApp chats. Like if someone wants to: - see available tattoo designs - check pricing - understand the style - book an appointment they usually have to DM first and wait for replies. And honestly, from a customer perspective, I feel people in 2026 want things faster and more organized 😅 Most people just want to see everything clearly in one place without too much back-and-forth messaging. That’s why I started building simple pages/funnels for tattoo artists where: - tattoos are showcased properly - booking appointments becomes easier - location/info is organized - and the artist has a more professional online presence outside Instagram I’ll attach a few examples below so you guys can understand what I mean. But here’s the thing I’m struggling with: A lot of artists reply positively at first and say “yeah send it over,” but after I show the work, many stop replying completely 😭 So now I genuinely want honest feedback from tattoo artists themselves: Do you guys actually see value in this kind of thing?Or do most tattoo artists simply prefer handling everything through DMs and Instagram only? And if someone pitched YOU this exact service, what would honestly make you interested vs ignore it?
