Upwork and career
I work full-time in digital marketing but I’m considering setting up an Upwork profile to take on small side projects in my own time.
My concern is around potential conflict of interest and visibility since Upwork shows your name and photo publicly.
Any advice on this? Is there a way to use a company name instead or something.
