I’m wondering if Upwork allows you to boost (add connects) after submitting proposal? I don't see this as a option for my current proposals but wondering if it's due to the job listing

Hey guys, with our current upwork profile it's branded as me, but all our case studies are branded as our digital agency which we run, is it okay to send these case studies to potential prospects if it's the agency branding? Was wondering if any issue with Upwork terms of services, etc.

Hi everyone, my current Upwork profile is focused on SEO services, and most of my reviews reflect that. However, I’m now looking to start applying for Google Ads projects as i have experience here as well. Would you recommend creating a separate specialized profile for this (as shown in the screenshot below), or is it better to keep everything under my existing one? The only concern I have is that my reviews might not appear on the new specialized profile.

I work full-time in digital marketing but I’m considering setting up an Upwork profile to take on small side projects in my own time. My concern is around potential conflict of interest and visibility since Upwork shows your name and photo publicly. Any advice on this? Is there a way to use a company name instead or something.
