As we're entering a new week, I would just love to encourage you to take 5min of meditation, prayer or just silence before starting your day. For gratefulness. We often get lost in life because "life" which makes forget about the little things. Take it from someone who nearly lost his life a year ago, those little things matter the most. I vividly remember walking home for the very fist time in months, while still being in rehab, together with my wife Zeineb & my best friend Jean who surprised me with a visit. And me telling them "wauw, even just walking home, what a blessing. Do not ever take those little things for granted Love, Vincent
