Unmasked Parenting is a space for neurodivergent parents, and parents raising neurodivergent kids, who are tired of pretending everything is fine.
This is a practical, judgement-free community where we talk honestly about what parenting actually looks like day to day. The wins, the struggles, the meltdowns, the routines that work until they don’t, and the constant juggling of needs.
There’s no toxic positivity here and no pressure to “fix” everything. The focus is on sharing real experiences, learning what helps, and supporting each other through the messy middle of parenting.
Come as you are. Share what you can. Lurk when that’s all you have the energy for.
