The Founder's Gut Check
- Pause. Take one deep breath.
- Say to yourself: “I need more credentials before I can charge this.”
- Don’t think. Just feel. Does your body feel expansive (open, calm) or contracting (tight, heavy)?
- Now try: “My experience is valid, and my offer creates real change.”
- Notice the shift. Name it. Expansive or Contracting?
Your nervous system holds a truth your overthinking mind debates. An expansive feeling is a green light. A contracting one is your body’s red flag.

- Discount your price
- Say “I’m just brainstorming” instead of “I’m building”
