Seeking Advice on Structuring and Improving My Mentorship Program

After identifying some gaps in the local market, I decided to start offering private mentorship, and it began successfully. However, in the early stages, I didn't focus much on structuring my fees, which led to a few mistakes—though I consider them valuable learning experiences. Unfortunately, after four Months of sessions, we encountered challenges with power outages, and with mutual understanding, the students decided to pause the program. Thankfully, we resumed the sessions yesterday, and more opportunities are emerging.

As I'm relatively new to providing mentorship, I would greatly appreciate any advice from experienced mentors here. Currently, I charge $20-25 per month for 2 hours a day, Monday to Friday. Any tips or suggestions on how to improve or better structure this would be much appreciated.
