Firebase storage is it different from gcs storage?

What I mean by gcs is google cloud storage, have been trying to do something with google cloud storage. I'm trying to convert download url to be able to use gc:// location instead of firebase storage location. haha 😂 I know my question is kinda tricky and is tricky to understand as well. but just take look.
