Don't chase motivation, you need DISCIPLINE.

Just like an generator, you have to get it running before it starts generating electricity, The discipline is the work that you have to put in to start and the motivation will come itself,

Open your computer, open VS Code, write even jus a few lines

Then the motivation will start and keep you going but remember you have to have that self dive to keep you going, just like if the oil runs out the generator stops, its the same for you, the TV, X-Box, will always be there to distract you but you need to stay focused.
