Can't Install Ngrok (SOLVED)

I am trying to install Ngrok and am running into a permissions error: Error: Operation not permitted.

I have tried both through Homebrew and by downloading the zip file, but the zip file simply fails to download.

I am running MacOS Sequoia 15.0.

ChatGPT hasn't been much help either.

Any ideas Papafam hive mind?
