Each morning after my workout, I sit at the gym and focus on accomplishing my #1 priority before leaving. Not just any priority, but the one my future self tells me to focus on. The one my highest version of my future self focused on to be the best version of myself. I identify this by meditating for 7 minutes, calling in my future self to help me understand who I need to BE to embody my best self. What I need to DO to stay in alignment in order to HAVE the things I desire. Then, I get after it. I recently discovered this focus music that has a really great vibe & helps me concentrate.
