Seems like it would be impossible for me to pick my top 3 elements of the Unicorn DNA. Limiting to 5 was difficult enough. But here I go...
- I want to collaborate to build a better future - I built my two communities here on Skool with what I call the 3 Cs — Create, Connect, Collaborate. We are better together.
- I want to impact the world and make a difference. - Having John Maxwell as a friend and mentor and being a member of Maxwell Certified Leadership Team, I embrace one of my favorite quotes of his: "I want to make a difference, with people who want to make a difference, doing something that makes a difference."
- I am creative and open to new perspectives - My community is called RECREATE for this very reason. I am continuous learner who recreates his reality regularly.
- I look for opportunities to create JOY in others lives - simply because joy multiplies when we share it.
- I surround myself & do business with the right people - because the room you're in shapes the results you get.
