Are we failing our clients?
I recently talked with someone who spent thousands of dollars on coaching and masterminds from some notable names. They, however, say the transformation didn't last, and they are back to feeling stuck.
So, are people seeking transformation or confirmation bias?
The current statistics say about 1% of people participating in these programs follow through to make a notable change in their lives.
As coaches, consultants, and creatives, are we holding our clients accountable to transform their lives? How can we influence people's minds to increase these numbers and help more people achieve their goals?
I think people are outright failing to launch from a lack of motivation. Do you think it's a strategy to escape their world and not to seek change?
