My name is Kristin - busy Mum, School Counsellor and super passionate about building and healing your Self-Worth. A journey I have recently been on myself. This is come about after realizing that for years and years, mine hasn't been so great! I help out young people in my day to day role as a School Counsellor and my own advice has whacked me right in the face! Also, experiencing some pretty significant trauma losing my Mum, has opened my eyes to truly embodying what it is to live authentically and unapologetically. So BUCKLE UP!
