What do you use for cold outreach?

Hey, I am making a maritime community with a youtuber, however he is going through a rebranding phase of his channels, meaning that a lead flow from his channels will have to wait.

We, however, still want to get the ball rolling with the maritime community, so I was thinking of doing some outreach in different places in an attempt to get some active members in the community.

I, however, have exhausted the limits of linkedin and Skool outreach, so I would love to hear if anyone has different platforms/ways to cold outreach; or ways to work around linkedin’s limitations.
