I really love food. So I don’t like to give up much 👌🏼
So I was very happy to see that every week I was dropping kilos while still eating snacks ☺️
The trick:
⚡️➡️➡️Reduce your high calorie foods by a tiny bit every day! ⬅️⬅️⚡️ that’s literally it.
If you’re still hungry replace the space with a bit of fruit or yummy veg
Doesn’t need to be a huge difference at all, this will build your tolerance and it’ll feel the same to eat much less later!
High calorie foods like
Carbs like Bread, rice, pasta
Fats like peanut butter, butter, cream cheese
