My Health journey
Starting this post to share my recent health journey. January 1, 2026 — New year, new me... yeah, right. Two weeks into the year, I was still overweight, had high blood pressure, and my blood work showed elevated A1C and triglycerides. My cholesterol was out of whack too. It was the perfect storm for heart disease and diabetes. I had no energy, constant brain fog, and very little motivation. Every day was the same: go to work, come home, and sit on the couch scrolling through my phone. On January 15, 2026, I decided it was time for a change. It was time to get my life back. Time to get my energy back. Time to live a long, healthy life so I could be there for my wife and watch my children grow. I had been doing a lot of research on peptides and their potential benefits. I spoke with several people who were seeing great results and thought, "Why not give it a try?" Nothing else had worked. Weight-loss pills, creatine, protein supplements, caffeine—you name it, I tried it. On January 20, 2026, I started BPC-157 and TB-500 together (the "Wolverine Stack"). I also started Retatrutide. I was nervous at first, but I went through with it. Total game changer. Fast forward to April 20, 2026—12 weeks later. My blood pressure was back to normal at 117/77, and my resting heart rate was 60 bpm. My blood work came back looking great. My A1C was in range. My triglycerides were in range (a 50-point drop). My cholesterol was back within normal limits. On top of that, I dropped from 211 pounds to 178 pounds—a total loss of 33 pounds—while maintaining and even gaining muscle. I was also weight training 20–40 minutes, three times per week, and averaging 10,000 steps per day. This is just the beginning of my health journey. I feel amazing. I have a ton of energy now—I can't even sit on the couch anymore. My brain fog is gone, and my mood is more positive than it's been in years. I share this because sometimes you just need a kickstart to get where you want to go. It still takes hard work, discipline, and consistency, but the results are absolutely worth it.
