Welcome, fellow underdogs! I am so glad you're here! This picture was taken a week before I was slammed with my 4th non-renewal. A week before, I had almost walked away from the profession forever. After being told that I am not the right fit because of unrealistic expectations and inadequate support, I made it my mission to mentor teachers so no teacher would be set up for failure.
This support group will provide bite-sized podcast episodes that contain common hurdles and pitfalls when navigating a non-renewal. In addition, there will be live calls, Q&A's, and many more resources.
Because when you gain the knowledge to navigate a non-renewal, you will feel empowered to tackle any challenge. Because when you are empowered, you are unstoppable.
