Morning Tea with Bishop Annan
MORNING TEA ☕ Good morning. Watch your words today. Your words often carry your future before your hands ever do. SATURDAY JULY 25, 2026 DANGERS ON THE WAY TODAY'S SCRIPTURES (NIV) - Philippians 4:6–7 - 2 Timothy 1:7 - Proverbs 18:21 - Matthew 12:36–37 TODAY'S WORD Anxiety talks. Fear interprets. But God gives peace and soundness—your mouth must agree with your spirit. Anxiety replacing prayer Philippians commands: do not be anxious; pray. Anxiety is a spiritual posture. Prayer relocates trust from circumstances to God. Fear stealing soundness of mind 2 Timothy 1:7 says God gives power, love, and self-discipline (sound mind). Fear attempts to steal clarity—your ability to think and choose wisely. Words producing outcomes Proverbs 18:21 connects life and death to the power of the tongue. Understand verbal alignment matters spiritually. Careless words, especially “just venting” Jesus warns about idle words. Some sins are committed with speech before they ever show up as actions. PRAYER FOR TODAY Father, replace anxiety with peace. Guard my tongue. Let my speech agree with Your truth, not with my fears. Train my mind to think with wisdom and my mouth to declare life. In Jesus’ name, Amen. MY DECLARATION I declare peace over my mind. My words are governed by faith. I speak life, wisdom, and alignment with God’s will. PROPHETIC DECLARATION I prophesy: every fear-based report is silenced. God strengthens my sound mind. My declarations attract divine results and silence accusations. Amen JESUS CHRIST IS LORD

MORNING TEA ☕ Good morning. Integrity is not only what you do when you feel holy—it’s what you refuse when nobody is clapping. THURSDAY JULY 22, 2026 DANGERS ON THE WAY TODAY'S SCRIPTURES (NIV) - James 1:14–15 - 1 Thessalonians 4:3–5 - Romans 12:1–2 - Genesis 39:7–9 TODAY'S WORD Moral compromise rarely starts as destruction. It starts as permission. Desire that gives birth to sin James shows a process—desire → conception → sin. Compromise is a pipeline. It is internal long before it becomes external. Ignoring God’s call to holiness 1 Thessalonians calls believers to live in holiness. Holiness isn’t only separation—it’s belonging. It’s living like you know whose you are. Conforming to systems instead of being transformed Romans 12:2 warns against conforming to the world. The world trains you to accept what God calls unacceptable. Negotiating with temptation Genesis 39 shows Joseph refused. His refusal wasn’t only about avoiding pain—it was about refusing betrayal of God. Refusal is worship. It says, “God, my yes is Yours.” PRAYER FOR TODAY Father, cleanse my inner world. Cut off every secret agreement with compromise. Strengthen my self-control and sharpen my discernment. Keep my desires sanctified. I choose holiness today. In Jesus’ name, Amen. MY DECLARATION I declare I refuse negotiation with temptation. My desires are aligned with God’s will. Holiness governs my choices. PROPHETIC DECLARATION I prophesy: every corrupt pattern is broken. Temptation loses grip, and purity gains momentum. God makes a way of escape for me. My life becomes proof that integrity still works. In Jesus' name. Amen. JESUS CHRIST IS LORD

MORNING TEA ☕ Good morning. When God seems silent, do not assume failure. Silence can be strategy—God is protecting your timing. WEDNESDAY JULY 21, 2026 DANGERS ON THE WAY TODAY'S SCRIPTURES (NIV) - Matthew 14:28–31 - Hebrews 10:35–36 - James 1:6 - Psalm 37:23–24 TODAY'S WORD The enemy loves to attack the timeline because discouragement often grows where timing feels delayed. Drowning in fear while still “near Jesus” Matthew 14 shows Peter walking—but doubt hits. Peter didn’t lose because he started wrong; he lost because his attention shifted. Shrinking faith through waiting Hebrews 10:35–36 warns believers not to throw away confidence. Discouragement tries to end endurance. Faith measures God’s faithfulness by promises—not by momentary feelings. Unstable decisions James 1:6 connects doubt with instability. When doubt rules, your actions become inconsistent. Unstable people are hard for destiny to land on. Thinking God has slipped your steps. Psalm 37:23–24 reminds us God directs a person’s steps and upholds them. Even falling can become correction—grace is working even in the pressure. PRAYER FOR TODAY Lord, strengthen my confidence. Remove doubt from my mind and discouragement from my heart. Teach me endurance. Stabilize my decisions and keep my steps aligned. I will not abort what God began. In Jesus’ name, Amen. MY DECLARATION I declare I walk by faith, not by feelings. I maintain confidence. My waiting is purposeful, and my endurance is growing. PROPHETIC DECLARATION I prophesy: delays meant to derail me become divine alignment. My “in-between” becomes productive. God restores joy, stabilizes my steps, and speeds up destiny by wisdom. Amen. JESUS CHRIST IS LORD
