I’m a therapist, and I created this group because I got tired of turning people away when they couldn’t afford care.
This space is about breaking cycles. While it is not a replacement for therapy, it is a place where you can come together in community with others.
It’s for anyone who feels stuck doing the same things over and over and getting the same results. You want to do things differently, but you’re not sure where to start.
Here, we share what we’re working on changing. We hold each other accountable. We celebrate wins, no matter how small. And when setbacks happen (because they will), we show up with support, not judgment.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone anymore.
