Sometimes you're so focused on becoming the next version of yourself that you don't notice: You're already different. There are things you no longer tolerate. Things you recognize sooner. Conversations you handle differently. Choices you're making more intentionally. Things you once needed permission for that you now decide for yourself. Maybe you're not where you ultimately want to be. That's okay. But don't make the mistake of believing that because you're still becoming, you haven't already changed. Ask yourself: “What about me today would make the old version of me proud?” Sit with that. Because becoming who you choose to be isn't one dramatic transformation. It's hundreds of small moments where awareness becomes a different choice. Don't become so obsessed with meeting the future you that you fail to recognize the person you've already fought, learned, and chosen your way into becoming. 🔥
