Welcome - An introduction.
Hello - If you're reading this you've stumbled across my page. A little about me. I'm a personal trainer from Cornwall, slowly making my way through to the sport therapy world. I have a small business in training, and currently work with a gym. I have a keen interest in mobility, flexibility and functional training, especially for injury prevention and rehabilitation. However, also enjoy strength and endurance work. I'm currently participating in adult gymnastics, to see if I can challenge myself further and increase my skillset. I've got a range of qualifications, skills and experience that have helped me guide people toward their goals, discover their strengths and surpass their barriers. I'm hoping to post weekly tips, share perspectives, challenge behaviours and inspire you enough to Un-Limit yourself.
